At the beginning of the year, Jayda G unveiled her latest album, Guy, a work infused with emotions that pays tribute to her father, who passed away when she was only 5 years old. Inspired by a documentary made by her father during his final moments, the artist used these recordings to create a musical project infused with nostalgia, subtly blending influences from 80s soul and funk. With samples and productions rich in sensitivity, Jayda G offers an explosive mix of funk, house, RnB, soul and jazz. We can't wait to see her at Dour !
