Steve Brooks' group Torche formed in 2004, continue the frontman's musical visions after the break-up of his previous band Floor. The group's stoner/drone metal is among the most original and progressive on the scene. Their second album Meanderthal was critically praised by the metal world as well as the alterative indie, prog and instrumental rock worlds. They play tight and intimate shows and this will be the first time they bring them to Dour.
