JUICY is a two-headed, mutant entity, born from the prophetic encounter of Sasha Vovk and Julie Rens at the Royal Conservatory in Brussels. Coming from classical and jazz backgrounds while having grown up to the sound of 90s tunes, the duo has proven that mixing technique and musical rigour in conjunction with the energy of the charts can give life to a joyful and coherent project. “MOBILE”, their highly anticipated first album, signed on the revered Belgian independent label Capitane Records, is a concentrate of post-R&B with jazz, soul, and hip-hop influences, all passed through the blender for a deliciously unclassifiable result.
